Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any merchandise purchased from IndigoTides.com via mail within 7 business days from the date received for a full refund of the purchase price minus the shipping and handling costs. Shipments received after 7 business days will be returned to sender without a refund.

Please note that final sale items are non-refundable. Returned merchandise must be in new/unworn condition and must be accompanied by the packing slip from IndigoTides.com, as well as the completed the "Return Form" that accompanies the merchandise

If you no longer have your packing slip, please email us using the "contact" tab above. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice to return the merchandise (UPS, FedEx, etc.) but we strongly suggest that you choose a method that provides tracking as Indigo Tides is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment for all returns, including items received as gifts. If your order was purchased through PayPal, the PayPal account will be credited for your return.  If your order was purchased with a credit card, your credit card refund will be issued first.
